Future Hub Forum 2026

LIVE

A gathering of researchers, educators and technologists working in immersive learning. Question rounds and shared drafting feed straight into Volume 3.

November 2026 · Kyoto and online (hybrid)

How this forum works

The Future Hub Forum runs as an unconference: instead of presenting finished papers, we ask questions, compare answers, and draft together. The 2023 forum co-authored a published article this way, and 2026 aims to do it again — everything gathered here works toward a citable publication in Volume 3 of Together Research.

It starts with the open questions below. Anyone can answer — no account, no registration, no obligation. Your answers go to the forum team and help shape what the gathering takes on.

If you want to go further, register on the platform and ask to be considered: approved participants join the live event, take the pre- and post-event surveys, and work in the shared living document. Everyone who contributes to the drafting is considered for co-authorship on what comes out of it.

Open questions

open to everyone

No account needed — answer in your own words, any or all of them. Your answers go to the event team, not onto this page.

A concrete example beats a general opinion. Failures are as welcome as successes.
This shapes the format. Say what you would actually show up for.

Participant area

The event surveys and the shared working document live here, for approved participants. Sign in to see whether you are on the list — or register now to be considered.
